In this step, we do a "Financial Health Assessment" of your business to identify the strength and weakness in your numbers. The next step is to work with you to complete a Business Inventory and Goal Sheet. Here you identify what is presently working and not working operationally and set goals for the future.

In this step, you set financial goals for sales, gross profits, overhead, net profits, and cash flow. Using tools we have developed over the past 25 years, we work with you to establish an operating budget and cash flow projections that are based on planned growth.
